Trick Or Treat

This year for HALLOWEEN Maddie is a Fairy! I think her costume turned out cute. I made the tutu and bows, sooo easy. I like the way it turned out, nice and fluffy. I bought the wings at Dollar Tree and just dressed them up a bit. I don't think Mad got the whole just of it, dressing up and everything. But it was fun to go the trunk or treat and we got to go visit grandparents afterwards. So we are done with our treat or treating this year.

IT SNOWED!

I love when I wake up in the morning and there is a fresh sheet of snow blanketing the ground. Its so clean and white. I don't think maddie knew what to think of it. She picked up and dropped it like whats this crazy white stuff that's cold? So we didn't stay outside long, just long enough to snap some photos. The snowed sure did make one thing clear though, WINTER IS HERE! So today instead of freezing we have a nice warm fire warming up the house. Sure feels a lot better then it did yesterday! BUR....

My Latest Crafting Projects

Okay these are my latest projects. The first one I'm not tooo sure about. (I don't know if I like the colors or what), but its just not screaming I LOVE IT or anything. But I guess its okay. The second one I DO LOVE, it turned out cute. It is a chicken wire bullitan board. I sprayed the chicken wire white and Eric cut out the frame. I like it.

She's Is One

Madders turned one! I can't believe my baby isn't a baby anymore. The first year of her life has gone buy so fast! It sure is fun though helping her learn to walk better and to grow and learn. She is such a delight to have in our little family. She can walk across the room now, she is still a little wobbley but she is getting really good at it!

Give Thanks

Okay this is my latest project. I bet you can't guess what they are or going to be? hummmm.......Look really hard!

dut dut dut daaaaa....Okay for you people who still don't know what they are, they are pilgrims for thanksgiving! hehehe. (so country i know, i know).They were so easy to make! Since I don't have any thanksgiving decorations I thought I better get on that this year and make some.... I was going to make a baby pilgrim to go with them, but unfortunitly my saw blad brook while I was cutting her out, so I guess she will have to wait for another day (or a trip to homedepot).

But anyways enough about crafts. :). I have some very exciting news! MADDIE WALKED TODAY! Her cousins came over Tuesday and since then she has been standing tons on her own. So today I got her dollie and said maddie come get her and SHE WALKED! I was so excited. She cracks me up! She is on her way! Watch out.

A Girl & Her Doll

Maddie's first doll! I made her or attempted to make her. I guess she turned out alright, as long as you ask someone who doesn't sew that much. hehe. Maddie likes her and that is all that matters :) I even tattooed a heart with mom on the butt! I gotta keep reminded her how much I love her. She is such a sweetie. Today when we were at her grandma and grandpas she would raise her hands in the air and stand on her own. She kept doing it over and over! She thought it was so funny.

BOO

These "BOO" letters where so fun to make, especially with tristian, swedyn and madders helping! I can't decided what is missing! It needs something but what? buttons? ribbon? pumkins?
